Yes, I found this after looking at
<https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=744244>

In fact I have to run
[tim@blanche ~]$ sudo systemctl status openvpn@client.service
because my config file is /etc/openvpn/client.conf .

So the only remaining problem for me with Fedora-16
(but I'm afraid one that means I will stay with Fedora-15
until it is sorted) is KMail, with the dreaded
"Failed to fetch the resource collection"
which as far as I can see has baffled the greatest minds.
