When firefox pops up a notification (like all downloads are complete) it shows up in my fvwm session as a window titled "xfce4-notifyd". Where the heck is the xfce stuff coming from? I'm not using xfce, I'm starting fvwm with my own ~/.xsession script which doesn't make a single mention of anythin

It's been a while since I synced my iPhone or Touch with any of the Linux tools (I usually use iTunes under virtualbox)... Under gtkpod, there was a menu item "eject" or "write changes"... After copying the files, whichever client you're using needs to rebuild the music database on the device.
