I wonder why open software has such a bad standing in the IT world.
It takes many days to get support for commercial products, even with a
maintenance contract.
Placing a Question in this Forum brings up helpfull info in less than 12 h.

i contacted the customer and pleased him to test with a different browser.
Currently i do not know which one he used. Guess Safari as this should be the
primary Browser for Mac’s

i just tested with a customer using a brand new Mac Book 2020.
Video worked perfect but no audio, allthough he told me, that he gave the
permissions? (Must believe him …)
I wonder how to solve this issue?
