I'm with Orange for ADSL (I don't live in a cable area) and they aren't that bad, fast speeds even on weekends. Used to be with Tiscali. Tiscali suck. They block all P2P traffic (including Bittorrent, good for getting LiveCDs of Ubuntus and other Linux Distrubutions or Unix like Operating Systems.

Unfortunately I'm stuck with the worse ISP in the country (Karoo) Because I live in the Kingston Communications Network Area (so can't get a BT line) there aren't any other ISPs providing service (mostly because KC aggressively keep them out). Ah well, at least I get to gripe about it at www.karoo
