After installing Kenny's AMD64 package bluez-utils I can now push files
from mobile to PC without problem. I can test with more phones later,
but right now I'd say this bug is fixed. And has been fixed for at least
a month now, so let's get this package out to the official repository

Hah, managed finally to get a dialup connection, after using the Gnome
bluetooth applet to re-establish mobile pairing.
Result: KPPP manages to create a functional dialup connection. Network
Manager is not aware of this connection - it is only visible via KPPP or
ifconfig.

Well, after a lot of testing, reseting and rebooting, I can say the
following:
- Sending a file via bt obex push from (Kubuntu) desktop worked
- ...but not always 100% reliably
- Sending via Nokia N95 did not work

On Lucid, Kindle4PC fails to work when package wine1.2 version
1.2.2-0ubuntu2~lucid1 is installed, but works fine when downgrading to
version 1.1.42-0ubuntu4.
With latest Wine, Kindle4PC will display un-encrypted ebooks, but fails
when trying to open an encrypted ebook. Somehow this regression app
...and finally, Kindle for PC is version 1.0 Beta 1 (25338). I have the
installer if needed.

Binary package hint: evolution
Upgraded from 10.04 to 11.04, lauched evolution.
I have deleted my email accounts, and re-created them.
When launching evolution, it will check for new emails from INBOX. For a
bit, it will display my inbox. Then the whole inbox folder suddenl
Deleted .cache/evolution and .config/evolution, same issues remain.

Deleted all of the above *and* killed evolution and gconfd-2 like described
here also did not help:

Thunderbird works, so at least I can use 11.04. Would prefer to use
Evolution though.

and after switching to IMAP+ the behaviour seems to be back to normal.
As a user, I don't understand why I have to select "IMAP+" to get normal
functionality. My server is an IMAP server, not an "IMAP+" server.

ps. Evolution in 10.04 did not show the Main Floor folder provided by
Citadel. Very happy to see that Evolution in 11.04 does show it fully.

evolution don't decrypt pgp encrypted message with text/plain content
Spoke too soon - with the above package I could indeed read my old DRM'd
books, but Kindle would not download newly purchased books.
So I wiped out my entire .wine directory and my "My Kindle Content"
directory, installed latest wine 1.3 from the wine PPA, then got myself
a Kindle for PC v1.0.1 in
