Binary package hint: wireshark
(Running KUbuntu Edgy / Wireshark v0.99.4)
When opening a dump file (Ctrl+O), it is possible to enter the location of a
file (or the folder it is in) directly, but this information cannot be applied
(e.g. by pressing Enter/Return).

Bingo, I've been affected also (cost me some gray hair). I auto-upgraded
from edgy to feisty and am running into this exact problem. It's present
in Samba version 3.0.24-2ubuntu1.1. Commenting out line "msdfs proxy =
no" resolves the issue.

Yes, sorry: I used "update-manager -c -d", and not "apt-get dist-
upgrade". I just wrote like that as a shortcut for what I wanted to say.
Pertaining to this bug: I also have to note that snd
photo card in USB external memory card reader.

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: grub
When installing Ubuntu Server, using two hard disks as a software RAID 0
setup, with the /boot partition mounted inside the RAID partition
(should this be allowed for software RAID 0?) grub-install fails because
you can't boot off a RAID 0 with grub.
This is server version 7.04 sorry, x86-64, however i'm sure the bug
exists on x86-32 also.

Hi Dean,
That the same this with me. But mine stops after finding the pcnet32
card and then drops to initramfs. How do you extract this output? Then
I can send my dmesg output to the developers. They asked for it.
Thanks,
Peter
