So maybe it's an upstream bug in the "savage" driver?! So far, it only shows
with "savage" on a S3 Savage driver card!
However, on the same hardware, there are _no_ similar problems with distros
like Pardus 2007.1, or Mandriva 2007.1 RC3, using "savage" too!

NOTE: even if reported for Kaffeine, the bug is definitely in the X server or
in the savage driver.
No matter what would happen to Kaffeine, it's unacceptable to crash the whole X.

It seems like AGPFastWrite is again enabled by default in Feisty. I
installed Feisty Beta and upgraded March 31st on a friend's PC with ATI
Radeon 8500 (R200) and it would always hang after using for instance
glxgears. I added Option "AGPFastWrite" "false" and now it runs stable.
The man page says
so maybe this bug is not really relevant, using uninitialized values is
np crash - just tell me, or mark it as notfixed, or similar, if so.

Playing the files gives a black screen in a window. The audio plays fine.
Switching to fullscreen works (normal video).

My solution has been adding:
udevsettle --timeout=10

It worked flawlessly in Edgy but now I must start "Sound Preferences" manager
found in System->Preferences and activate the "Enable system beep" option and
then deactivate it again.

I think it would be nice to have little switch when mozilla-mplayer is
installed to ask user to switch video players for browser. In fact, it
can be done in mozilla-mplayer package for Ubuntu, via debconf.
