I can verify that this problem is still occurring after default installation of Jaunty Jackalope 9.04 x86. My mouse is some HP wireless USB mouse. As for reference, this problem doesn't occur with Windows and two other Linux distros on same computer. I had the same problem also with Ubuntu 8.04. -
