We don't believe this is an issue with the SSO server. The openid sreg
spec (http://openid.net/specs/openid-simple-registration-
extension-1_0.html) doesn't really limit nicknames to anything other
than a valid utf-8 string so this is more likely to be an issue in the
relying site's implementation
Looks like I was able to repair this issue via the resolution in bug
#386167. My username originally had a hyphen in it and I think that is
what was causing the problems logging into the Ubuntu wiki. I have
since changed it to one of the "new" names I used on the Ubuntu wiki and
it works fine now
