Hi Luke, Thanks for your bug report, we'll need a bit more information to track down the problem. - Which site(s) are you trying to log in to? - Please list the pages you go through during all this, or on which links you clicked. - When does it mention that you should create a new username with the password left blank? - Do you get other error messages or timeouts at any point?
