Looks like I was able to repair this issue via the resolution in bug #386167. My username originally had a hyphen in it and I think that is what was causing the problems logging into the Ubuntu wiki. I have since changed it to one of the "new" names I used on the Ubuntu wiki and it works fine now. However, I believe there is still and underlying issue to still be resolved.
