I can partially confirm this regression with an Intel 2200 Card. The
behaviour here is as follows: After resume from suspend to ram, the
first connection attempt succeeds but NetworkManager disconnects a few
seconds later. The second attempt succeeds and the connection is stable

This bug is still present in Feisty. I could not reproduce the
connection with reading /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/state! The errors appear
even though the batter has been removed and they do not appear more
frequently when reading the file in a loop.

I cannot reproduce this bug anymore. There is however not much which
changed. I reinstalled the 2.0.0.1 and started firefox a few days later,
when I discovered that it suddenly works. Here is an excerpt from my
dpkg.log for the relevant timeframe:

Confirmed. The problem is that the /bin/sh symlink to bash got replaced
by dash for performance reasons. To resolve the bug, just edit
/usr/lib/texmacs/TeXmacs/bin/maxima_detect and change to first line to
#!/bin/bash

Proposed patch, please review and apply if it solves the problem (it
does on my installation). The problem is that openoffice seems to fork
new processes repeatedly on start-up and the parents exit() afterwards
(shell script wrappers I suppose). oooqs2 connects the void
KProcess::processExited sign

I digged a little deeper and found out that the "unknown error" is the error
message returned by the DBUS method call. I have tried to imitate KDE ([1]) and
used dbus-send to send an Unmount message to hal. Here is the command (the id
of the device is of course specific to my device):
$ dbus-sen
Problem persists with Ubuntu hal packages. Sorry, please set status to
unconfirmed. Konqueror output is attached. I launched konqueror and then
clicked on the USB DISK icon. The error window appears. Clicked ok and
closed konqueror.
