After installing Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS - Hebrew keyboard appeared to exist
and super+space seems to switch between them however... no hebrew comes
out...:(
Removing the keyboard from the Input Sources and immediately adding it
back , solves the Issue ... however it returns after boot or after
loading

The bug is that there is no rfkill switch on this laptop, so the driver
exports the rfkill switch is always on, which prevents the
NetworkManager service from starting to configure the WiFi.

Right now I'm using: gnome-control-center 3.8.5-0ubuntu1~saucy1 and
gnome-settings-daemon 3.8.5-0ubuntu11.1
but none of the following makes any difference, as I tested all of
these:

Tested it in a fresh Ubuntu 13.10 GNOME LiveCD.
This is how you set up the configuration:
Go to Gnome Control Center»Region & Language»Input Sources
Add Hebrew as another layout.
Open Gnome Tweak Tool and under typing»Keys to Change Layout select Alt+Shift.
Open gedit and type in English.
