image will be executed unexpectedly.

seahorse again, they should show up.

read on the Arch wiki that disabling Thunderbolt in the bios (under
Security -> IO ports) might work and tried it, and it worked!
I imagine this breaks Thunderbolt, but have no way to test.

In 14.10 I have network failure after resuming from suspension. It never was a

Problem still exists with 10.04-x86_64 with audacious 2.3-1ubuntu4.
Reproducible even when using regular 'j' hotkey with Audacious as the
active window.

The red light is the optical digital audio output. You can toggle it on
and off. I cannot test exactly where to go to do this right now, but I'd
imagine that you can do it in System > Preferences > Sound
I don't know that this will help with your overall problem though.

have a different kernel module (bcm5974). This newer hardware make up
the "multitouch" touchpads (i.e. can track something like 11 different

You could just try installing it to your Ubuntu root partition. This is
what we would normally do when dual-booting with OSX anyway. It appears
that is /dev/sda2.

I was one of the contributing authors of that wiki
There are some issues that are specific to the Mac Hybrid system that
converting to the MBR format allows, such as being able to boot from
partitions beyond #4. I'd say that was the major reason for doing so. I
