Did you check if your router is trying to negotiate b or n mode
wireless? Mine got better when I forced it to G only.

I followed these steps and then added an empty directory the Ubuntu One
folder in nautilus. That synchronised.
Then I copied a folder with two files into the directory. The Ubuntu One
preferences says "Synchronisation Complete", but the folder icon still
has the grey two arrows indi

Try disabling n mode on your router. Improved my iPhone wireless and
got my 3945abg working stable for the past few weeks. Was completely

Mine completely dropped out a few weeks ago. I've been having better success
by disabling N mode on my router and forcing it to protocol G.
Haven't done a soak test so I'm sure this hasn't fixed the problem, merely
mitigated it. But if you are trying the mainline kernels, might be

I can also confirm the problem still exists in karmic, after
previously thinking it was fixed. Watching streaming tv, the wireless
froze up. Sudo service networking restart failed with an error "no
such device" or similar. I did a clean install. My iPhone continued to
work with the wireless
Yep the question is whether karmic solves it -- we know jaunty is
still broken. Could everyone please try it in a few days when released
and report back their experience?

I can confirm this bug. On intrepid, wireless was working perfectly. I
could work around it by turning on and off "flight mode" on my laptop,
which restarted the wireless connections.
On my system, "sudo apt-get install wicd" fixed the issue. Let me know
