To reproduce, do:
1)
Start eclipse
2)
Open the "Navigator" view
3)
Mark two files and right click them > "Compare with ..." > "Each other"
Eclipse crashes imediately.

PS: The previous entry was only an example - please don't put too much
energy into the details of the routes or such.
Even absolute simple configurations on other machines (without the

on reboot. This don't exist in Ubuntu and I think we should keep this
