I too have had this bug start to occur only in the last few days since
updating to 4.1.3 from the kubuntu packages. When I unplug the USB
keyboard and then plug it back in again it will work fine. The problem
only surfaces for me when I am using digikam. Additionally since

problem is actually with ipconfig. When I do a tcpdump I do not get any

I have recently done a fresh install of Hardy Kubuntu. In that release
when I use the keyboard volume controls the volume will not go above 48%
(it does work at increasing the volume to 48% and down to 0%). I have to
use kmix to increase the volume above 48%.

I deleted the LUN mappings on the Storage controllers. Once that was
done I then used kpartx to delete anything on those two drives. Once
that was done I then tried with -av and the mappings got created without
