The Luxi fonts look great when unhinted, but they are just ugly when
hinted. Maybe there is no hinting data in the font itself and freetype
has to do auto-hinting, I do not know.
Since Luxi does not take well to hinting, hinting should be disabled.

First, it's an Ubuntu-specific hack as a conditional. I think it

all fonts in firefox (either in the chrome or in the page) were too
small.
