So, mine have a cool bug that let me work with VLC?
- VLC not running: its sound menu is sensitive both "VLC media player" label
and controls REW/PLAY/FF.
- Either start VLC from Desktop/or Sound menu: "VLC media player" label become
grey non sensitive BUT controls REW/PLAY/FF are not grey an

As mentioned in #31, I used 90-fonts-nafees.conf. System still using
that ugly mono-space font.
I tried this to debug fontconfig and used gedit as test program:
FC_DEBUG=1 gedit > ~/Desktop/fc_debug_gedit.txt
"Nafees Nastaleeq" could be seen in middle of font selecting list.

Nafees fonts including Nastaleeq (Ubuntu, Debian has a package with

It seems like GTK make affect on title positioning (make Direction as
RTL, I don't know) when it detects an RTL text in the beginning; as in
Text Boxes, text starts with RTL always aligned to right.
This does not happen when title forced to be aligned to left.

I suggest making a generalized bug. Any one finds similar case can link
that tools and packages to it. As 'update-manager' and that one you have
told me about 'evolution-indicator'.

In python; they use this form:
print n_("%i hour.", "%i hours.",n) % n
then it chooses one of the 2 strings if it is English or their
translation and replaces n_("%i hour.", "%i hours.",n).
if the result string don't have %i, there will an error in python/print.

I think this bug is coming from python/print function.
As in Arabic,we have 6 plural forms. we used NOT to include the variable
(%i for example) in 0th, 1st & 2nd forms. This is the correct language.
I have check both c/printf and python/print. c/printf is more robust.
