upgrade to 24.04. Don't know how to proceed.
Among other things, it clearly seems that the default /boot size was way
to small.
Any hints on how to proceed?
Changing COMPRESS in /etc/initramfs-tools/initramfs.conf helped same
XBMC 13 running on Ubuntu 14.04 may crash when attempting to play H.264 encoded
videos, which is a common issue due to compatibility problems between the media
player and the underlying system codecs. This can happen if there are conflicts
with hardware acceleration settings, outdated drivers, o
I solved the issue by removing the conflict packages.
No need to work on this issue, however, maybe if this is something can
be taken into account in future releases, please do.

I have updated from ubuntu 22.04 with the official ceph reef packages
from ceph itself to ubuntu 24.04. During the update, ceph was updated to
ubuntu's ceph squid snapshot that contained the bug. I now updated to
squid rc2 from proposed, but even after the upgrade the ceph monitor
fails to start up

resolves this dependency loop. I am going to unilaterally upload that as

incorrectly) a dependency loop, which gets broken by dpkg. If nginx-
common isn't configured first, then the nginx postinst fails. The
solution is to fix the dependency loop which I
@kelv:
- Backup your database dir
- remove the rabbitmq-packages
- do the upgrade
- reinstall the packages
- If you didn't make a mistake, the databasedir should still be in place
and work. If not, stop the server, restore the backup, and restart.

So I dropped the new v.16 cluster with "--stop", and ran pg_
