TL2011 is in great shape overall now. Thanks!
During the last few cycles of updates, I keep getting the same
hyphenation problems:
German hyphenation patterns are working (i.e. in the fmt etc.) before
the update.
Updating (F16 with texlive repo) texlive disables them:
