If you have installed eloquence, try just to off phone and on it back. Then go into Talks panel and check again if you can move from tab to tabs. If still cannot, try using the shortcut Talks and Long press of delete key, see if the menu appears for you to change. Last try if above all failed

Sounds like it may have only partially installed or something like that. I would suggest removing all talks files from the phone then restarting the phone. Then install Talks starting with the Talks file then the TTS file then reboot the phone. Before you do this make sure you have your license
