eloquence is installed, i just can't access it because i can't access all
the tabs under talks configuration. is any one on this list using the e72,
and if so, with what version of talks? i really really don't want to have to
return another phone, and i thought that talks worked well on this phone.

Have you actually installed any of the voices like eloquence? To me it
sounds like you haven't else you'd have more choice?
