Hi, If you using Talks original and with all those tip still cannot, I have no idea what to suggest any more. However, you could just give it a try by removing your Eloquence and installing a new copy.
Well, talks control panel shortcut key is Talks and Long press Softkey-1. If you cannot use this if your talks is not running. Since you have mobile speak, try to go to Talks control panel through applications and then find for Nuance Talks. Once you open this program, Talks should talk. If Not talking, as I have suggested, press softkey-1 and enable talks to try. Do all this only after you re-install Eloquence. If no speech at all after trying, no worry. Just off and on back your phone and your mobile speak will start automatically if you never disable it.
