If you have installed eloquence, try just to off phone and on it back. Then go into Talks panel and check again if you can move from tab to tabs. If still cannot, try using the shortcut Talks and Long press of delete key, see if the menu appears for you to change.
Last try if above all failed. Register your talks with a 10 or 30 demo license and then restart phone and try the above steps again. For 30 days demo, you need to get it through the web through blindsea.com or talknav.net. But for 10 days demo, just do it through your phone. You need a sim card for it to send out sms.
