For your 2nd issue. Install the latest version of Talks 5.20.3. This more
then likely will fix the out of memory issue on your phones. This was given

I am pleased to say that now that I have updated the firmware on my C5 the
Talks volume has come up great. I can report it as loud on 5 though I
realise that is subjective hearing. Prior to this this morning on 10 the
volume was same as 5.
