I should have added that to reach the Menu on the C5, where the Talks key is
the default, a 2nd press of this key will bring up the Menu. It is a matter of
preference but certainly when I first started with Talks I found it very
helpful to have all Menu type lists, just that, lists and not grid
Also keep in mind, you do not need to keep pressing the Talks key while
pressing 6 to raze the volume. They need to press the Talks key releae it
and then press the number 6 to raze volume.

Your friend is correct re using Talks key and number 6 on the keypad in
relation to Talks volume but if your friend means volume in relation to
music, then there is a volume up and volume down on the right side of the
phone, I mean side and not right of front panel. Clearly your friend know

Well I am in the UK and have C5 but I am not sure that I could offer any

Subject: [Talks] Using a Nokia C5 phone
Hi All,
I wonder
I would first make sure that the card works in a card reader that you plug
into your computer. You could have received a bad card to start with. Next I
would make sure that you have the latest firmware on your C5 phone. Also
make sure that you insert the card correctly in the phone and it clicks
Hi All,
I wonder whether you would be kind enough to help a friend of mine
whose not on this list. She has just purchased a Nokia C5 with Talks.
The first thing she tolde me was that to turn the volume up on her
phone, she has to press the Talks key and hold it and then press the
number 6 key.
Hi All
I just realise what might be wrong, maybe I need to update my firmware on E71.
Anyone running latest firmware on E71 and able to tell me the latest version.

Hi All
I have successfully put Skype on 2 Nokia phones but now when I try on my E71,
even when I go to skype.com/m I am being told that there is no Skype available
for my device. Ir is listed though. I've tried one version but it did not
work. Anyone using it on E71?

Hi
I have a nokia c5, I purchased a sandisk 32 gb memory card
for the phone, it doesn't work in the phone, what is the
largest card this phone will take? If it is a 32 gb card, is
there another reason why the card doesn't work?
Regards

No but I was wondering how with Skype with my E5 and E6, how the webcam
effect can be used. I might be blind but I do have residual vision and why
not have the person who sees or would see me, be able to do so rather than
it be like a phone call.

Hi Paulo
What phone are you using? Did you see the link I sent for E5 last night,
early hours UK time!? I was looking for that one too and like you had it
sent to my phone but wrong one. Anyway I can confirm that the one I
downloaded for E5 is now up and running. Prior to this, when I went t
Hi listers,
Some people in the web say that it's possible to use nokia's cell phones as a
webcam connected to the pc via bluetooth. This guys suggest applications that
you must pay for it. Does anybody know anything about a free way to do it?
Thanks, Paulo
Hi, I'm also trying to download skype 2.0 but I can't find the link on
skype's web page. They suggest us to access skype.com/m using our cell
phone. I did it but the file they sent was skype version 1.1
If someone can find skype 2.0, please let me know.
Thanks, Paulo
