I would first make sure that the card works in a card reader that you plug into your computer. You could have received a bad card to start with. Next I would make sure that you have the latest firmware on your C5 phone. Also make sure that you insert the card correctly in the phone and it clicks in place and doesn't pop up when you remove your finger when pushing it into the phone.

Subject: [Talks] Info for the nokia c5

Hi

I have a nokia c5, I purchased a sandisk 32 gb memory card
for the phone, it doesn't work in the phone, what is the
largest card this phone will take? If it is a 32 gb card, is
there another reason why the card doesn't work?

Regards

Adrien
