I've rewrote the proposal for improving toilet tagging. This is a second
request for comments.
Now this proposal tags for occupancy (single or multi), gender/group
designation
of toilets that are within a place (where tagged "toilet=yes"), and a
prefix tagging scheme that will make the ta
