Would anyone have a problem with me reverting the Wiki to the previous access tag while we discuss the changes? Personally I feel this is a complex enough issue to go through it's own proposal process. Especially because we may end up agreeing on a different tag to reflect the non-legal but officia

Personally, I don't think the wiki for a well established tag should be changed in such a significant way without discussion and voting. This is because I would oppose changing the access tag away from the legal access rights. I think if we want to describe something subjective like what vehicles m

I agree with this 'least disagreement'. I would be happy with both the three you mentioned or surface and a new one to replace tracktype and smoothness. I hope that whatever we decide we can define clearly what the state of the surface is for the value used. Perhaps in some cases we may want t

I agree these threads are nearly impossible, but to continue the discussion could you post a link to the page on the wiki where the discussion can continue (possibly broken into sections). Thanks, Dominic On 5 January 2014 07:05, Dave Swarthout wrote: > Well said. I'm for that approach. > > The

I really like the combination of keeping surface and using smoothness to cover quality. All types of roads and all users could be served by changing the values to the wheel descriptions. This would be a closed set that is fairly robust, if we also added something to represent weather variability

Hi, I've been observing for a while but I want to chime in on the discussion. Let's not forget that mapping for OSM is not about the rendering, it's about mapping what is actually on the ground. Therefore we are actually discussing two different but related issues. The first is how to appropriate

I like that idea Martin, I've added a link to the playground tag for tagging individual pieces of equipment (if anyone feels the need to). Should I just start the voting by putting today's date, or do you think it should be left for more comments first? Thanks, Dom On 5 November 2013 14:57, Mart

Due to child protection, you are generally not allowed to take pictures inside the soft-play centres. Also, any official pictures are copyrighted. In the proposal, I linked to a few websites of some soft play centres, where they have pictures, I hoped this would be fine. Soft play is as Jonathan
