Hi!
I am at the same state, sizeof(Star1)=32. If I prevent star files from
being found, (not "Access denied", just "file not found"), it starts with
high framerate.
It appears the OpenGL diagnostics are no longer logged. Would be helpful

This can be fixed by adding -mno-ms-bitfields to the CXX flags. At least it

I built 6278 this morning. Still builds OK but no splash or stars or any

Fixed my Windows 7 compile by re-installing Qt 5.1.1 I can now compile in

Hi Guillaume
I will give it a go. Should only take about 15 mins to find out. I am building
the release version now. I did the Debug version first and have not tried a

No start up splash but Stellarium starts in about 3 seconds and runs on this
old XP at 30fps with 7 star cats (no stars 80fps)
I will go and test
Hi Guillaume
I just tried the Win 8 with a satisfactory build. This runs at 80 fps with 8
