The startSTAFProc.bat is meant to start STAFProc daemon (not STAF.exe) so
this is not an error

Not sure if someone already reported this error, this is the content of
C:\STAF\startSTAFProc.bat:

Actually, STAFProc.exe should be there.. The install of STAF 3.3.2
probably failed. The last message of the install was : reboot the system,
so I did.
Note that I did not kill 3.2.5 STAFProc before starting the install.
