yes, my bad, I just remember now STAFProc.exe is the required daemon. So,
the install was not successful.
By the way, I uninstalled 3.3.2 STAF and then reinstalled, STAF 3.3.2. is
now running.

The startSTAFProc.bat is meant to start STAFProc daemon (not STAF.exe) so
this is not an error.

C:\STAF\startSTAFProc.bat:

start "Start STAF 3.3.2" "C:\STAF\bin\STAFProc.exe"
Whereas, the executable is c:\staf\bin\STAF.exe
