Note that if you upgrade STAF while STAFProc is running, then there will
be locked files (e.g. requiring a reboot). We always recommend to
shutdown STAF before upgrading STAF.

yes, my bad, I just remember now STAFProc.exe is the required daemon. So,
the install was not successful.
By the way, I uninstalled 3.3.2 STAF and then reinstalled, STAF 3.3.2. is
now running.

The startSTAFProc.bat is meant to start STAFProc daemon (not STAF.exe) so
this is not an error.

Whereas, the executable is c:\staf\bin\STAF.exe
