Actually, STAFProc.exe should be there.. The install of STAF 3.3.2
probably failed. The last message of the install was : reboot the system,
so I did.
Note that I did not kill 3.2.5 STAFProc before starting the install.

Not sure if someone already reported this error, this is the content of
C:\STAF\startSTAFProc.bat:
REM Sets up the STAF environment variables and starts STAFProc
call "C:\STAF\STAFEnv.bat"
start "Start STAF 3.3.2" "C:\STAF\bin\STAFProc.exe"
Whereas, the executable is c:\staf\bin\STAF.exe
