Starting with SA 2.6, the local.cf file should be located under: /perl/etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf It's possible your SA is not seeing the changes you have made. You can verify this by running spamassassin --lint -d and check the output. You should always use ALL CAPS for the test names. Use:
