impossible, because there are apps (under Windows) that use the CT-API and CT-BCS
as they are defined.

the name is changed to ctapi-mct09.101.so to be compliant with the name convention.

That's what an MCT does internally. If you send a REQUEST_ICC the MCT first checks
what kind of Card is inserted and uses the correct Protocol.
