there is *no* way to send serial port parameters via the CT-API functions CT_init, 
CT_data or CT-close.

In CT-BCS V1.0 it would be possible to send those parameters, but it isn't released 
yet. It's still in draft, because those parameters are against the
OSI-Modell. In the OSI-Modell it is not allowed for Layer 5 to tell Layer 2 how to 
perform (I think).
