Have had this happen.
Can be a couple things.
There are little plastic pieces inside the control box that have contacts.
These can be adjusted.
You will need to get at the control box and open it.
Wattsun can walk you through it. If not they will send you a new controller.

A small amount of dirt or (more probably, bird crap on the E sensor might do
that. Also, try moving the limit switch to limit the E stop by just a tooth or
two. If that works, it's probably because there is a bit of wear on the gearing
which would be normal.

I didn't see any spots in the control box that make me question it. I will say
that when it was installed the circuit board had to be sent back because a few
of the solder spots on the back of the circuit board were not smoothed out and
then had pierced wires causing the
