Yes, I have a wholesale account, so I build up nice bicycles now and then for
charity, and it sort of doubles the value of my giving since the bikes usually
raise a lot of money.
Also neighborhood kids help build the bikes and they learn, too.

I have big Sneakers (13) but am not terribly tall (5’11) and find overlap
to be an issue on my 700c Homer with 40c tires and fenders. The tips of all

I just converted an old White Industries MI5 hub from 130 to 135 so it'd
fit on my Atlantis. White gave me a little end cap that I screwed in on the
non-drive side. It took about 3 minutes!
Then I had to relish my wheels (or else it wasn't centered)!

I've ridden belt drive bikes exclusively for the last 12 years, until I
bought an Atlantis recently and my life changed. The one nice thing about
belts is you just hose off the bike now and then.

If you are interested I have a 56cm Sam Hillborne twin-top-tube frame/fork
set I'm eventually going to get around to selling. Also have most of the
parts to build it up into a finished bicycle.
You probably need a 34cm PBH to fit on this frame, if it's of interest.

Yeah, its a Quickbeam.
The handlebar bag started out as a wald medium basket that got
crashed.
Some wire cutters and additional metal and some bending resulted in a
frame
that then got covered with the fabric. Its pretty simple with just the
main compartment
and no dividers or pockets.

If you consistently run fenders a threaded eyelet in the bottom of the
fork crown
is nice, let's one take the fenders on and off without messing with
anything mounted
through the crown.
Having threads at the chainstay bridge would also be nice.

In anticipation of heading out on tour this summer through
the eastern Provinces of Canada and New England Organic
Farms I picked up a double kickstand for my Quickbeam.
It works too well. Lash the front wheel to keep it from
twisting and shift away.
Hadn't seen any posts on this and figured it
to finally have drops above the
saddle.

I was between sizes...could have gone with a 60, but I don't really
notice the tight standover clearance.

I've used one in Portland for a couple of winters now.
Its a really good idea to put a bag over it when you've
got it locked up though, as the cover has a thickness
and will absorb some water.
My buddy just got a new bike and a brooks and it came
