Has anyone ever tried cleaning their chain and NEVER applying lube at ALL? This may be an absolutely idiotic question, but there are all kinds of posts all over the web about people who think lube is a scam, but I can't find anyone that has actually tested the theory with a top-quality chain.
I've ridden belt drive bikes exclusively for the last 12 years, until I bought an Atlantis recently and my life changed. The one nice thing about belts is you just hose off the bike now and then.
