My 559 "go-fast" set up is with 28mm Conti Ultra-Gatorskins at 85 psi.
"sporty" set up is Tim's Paselas at 75 psi. 65 psi makes these quite comfy, but

Not exactly Primal, but I leaned out on Atkins and have stayed that way for 1
1/2 yrs now. It shares some of the Primal approach.

Good dark Belgian Chocolate (or Sees for that matter) is available in low carb
varieties, although the sugar alcohols they substitute for sugar can make you
gassy. Variety is needed for any way of eating, and support. The Low Carb
support forum has a large Paleo contingent and many Taubes fans.
I've tried a number of leather wraps. My sweat a lot in the humid Alabama
summers and leach a ton of salt. My observations on what I have used:
V-O Elk skin sew ons: Look Cool, get gamey after about 2,000 miles of use. I

My own plan is that I eat a breakfast bar (about 1/2 sugar and 1/2 cereal

for carb content) an hour prior and then once an hour while riding. Supplement
on longer rides with a banana as well.

Current Atlantis production is Waterford. Up until last year (I think), they
came from Toyo. Toyo was the only source for Rambouillet, Saluki and
Romulus/Redwood. AHH was blended as you suggest, and is now all Waterford. I
think if you get them to take an order for a Legolas, it would come from
