Beer likely would at least get the flat tire addressed quickly.
The other very easy solution is to buy a Brompton (or Tern or probably any
other folding bike) that will take little room in the garage and magically
seems to adjust to fit any size rider quite nicely. Then you are always
prepared

It's tricky, but I've bungeed front wheels alongside my rear rack. Two
connections on the front of the wheel and one to the towed bike's fork. Get it
right and it's a trailer (not for riders though)

I saw a man the other day portaging a bicycle as a backpack while riding
another. The portaged bike looked a lot smaller than his other bike, so maybe
his child's. He had the bike arranged with the wheels off and strapped flush to
the frame. It appeared completely stable.

I made the mistake of putting Newbaums on my Cliffhanger rims, riding them
for a year and then deciding to switch them to tubeless. Newbaums is
evidently *not* meant to come off. It left a ton of residue that I have yet
to find a good solvent for. Have tried rubbing alcohol, acetone, and going
