I have a second-hand Joe Stark Riv Road from '01 that can fit maybe a 33mm tire in, but functionally maxes out @ 30mm. I would never get a bike like that, but as it was used I couldn't complain too much. I've been thinking of converting it to 650b with Hetres (would also be a close fit) but a bet

I think Jim has it here. I'm pretty sure my short reach braked Road Standard from '99 will fit a Jack Brown well enough, but no way with fenders. I think the Roadeo is probably lighter in a given size than most of the Riv Roads, not all though as the tubing was custom picked starting in '98 or so

But the interesting thing is that the Roadeo will not split the difference tire-wise. I've raved about my Ram over and over, but a Roadeo outdoes it in the tire clearance with fenders department. A Jack Brown with fenders can be done on the Roadeo, but not the Ram. The Roadeo's going to be an am
