I have a second-hand Joe Stark Riv Road from '01 that can fit maybe a 33mm
tire in, but functionally maxes out @ 30mm.  I would never get a bike like
that, but as it was used I couldn't complain too much.  I've been thinking
of converting it to 650b with Hetres (would also be a close fit) but a
better option might be to get a Roadeo and use the wheels I have!
