I'm considering replacing the Soma Sutro quill stem on my Betty Foy with a Nitto Tallux stem from Riv to raise my handlebars a bit. But I'm curious about the different measurements for the Tallux stem. Riv sells the 10cm stem in the Cheviot/Sam build kit, but I notice that 11, 12, and 13cm mode
