I missed you all by one day... I was there on Wednesday picking up my new
Hunqapillar frame. Haven't had a chance to ride Mt. Diablo yet, but will

IMHO some of the best rims available are also among the cheapest- Araya, Alex,
Sun. There are way too many expensive but inferior rims- and other components-
on the market testing the theory about fools and their money.

Yeah, I hear ya Kelly, what to bring is kind of personal. Given that
its' summer I can't imagine being able to fill 4 panniers. Even those
two aren't completely filled. I'm also not running fenders on my bike
right now as we may have some lengthy sections of dirt/gravel.

Gernot, visiting from Thailand, wanted to buy my H-bars, so we met at
RBW Thursday and went for a little ride in the Mt. Diablo foothills.

Left front is food, cooking and coffee including large French press.
Right front is electronics: chargers extension cords, computer. Rain gear,
solar shower, trash bags, paper towels.
