With just a strap around the upright, it just slides off the rack,
pivoting around the upright. There is a slot in the bottom for a
strap, but it does not line up well -- it's parallel to the line of the
bike, so it would take twisting the strap around to go on the crossbar

handlebars, and when I tried just to strap it to the rack, it slopped
around. I already had the Velo Orange rack though, so I didn't work

Still tweaking the angles. I had to raise the front to clear the rack
mount. Seems to work just fine, but I'm at the limit of the straddle
wire. I may pull up the rear a bit as the front seem to feel bett
