Thanks to those of you that had suggestions for my problems getting
rTools-like features in MacPymol. I wanted to let you know that I just
received a perfect workaround that should probably be circulated to
those that are using stand-alone Pymol for the Mac where rTools is
not avai

need the light to
come from above rather than the front/side in order to illuminate the deep
pocket. Alternatively, is there another way to illuminate the recesses of
the pocket and maintain the shadow effects at the surface?

the settings commands
(there is only a partial list in the manual) and a global list (as in the
pull-down menu) is a great reminder, but alas the menu interface is not yet
there in the Mac OSX version.
