My mailserver store mail in Maildir format, is possible through postfix,
mailscanner or procmail to store mail with subject filename so i can find mail
more quicly on server?

you can easily pipe previous egrep commmand to do
a copy of messsage with that filena

I have configured a Postfix server with amavisd and spammassassin as relay
server for several domains. All the mails sent to @example1.com and
@example2.com are received in the postfix server, and then redirected to the
real mail server for this domains.

For all outgoing mails, the mails are going through a PIX.
I had STARTTLS working for port 25 for many months with no problem. I
am using amavisd-new/spamassassin as content filter. But now, due to
port blocking, I need to set this up on port 587 so I can send mail
directly to my server with my mail client (thunderbird).

Yes, if you have smtp_protocol_fixup on.
I recently "fixed" delivery problems on a large scale server by
simply turning that off.

The advice is usually to disable the PIX SMTP fix-up because it is buggy,

But now I've run into a situation that I don't remember seeing addressed.
How will Postfix deal with a machine that has two different names for
the same IP and multiple PTR records?

The postfix add-on software "smtpprox" can do exactly what you want, with a
